Melting Point:Inside Lube is a water-based semi-permanent inside lube generally applicable in tire production. The product exhibits an excellent wetting capability, resulting in a highly dispersed film, when applied on green tire or bladder. Thanks to its optimized composition containing innovative, highly release-active polymeric ingredients, Inside Lube provides a fairly greasy film that stays lubricious over long time. When using Inside Lube in tire production, there is no need for any further auxiliaries. During tire curing, the resulting film is transferred to the bladder surface, thereby allowing for multiple consecutive curings of uncoated green tires. Optimal product quality and smooth production will be guaranteed if Inside Lube is reapplied frequently. However, the appropriate application interval depends on individual production conditions and has to be determined in on-site trials. Usage:Inside Lube TIP-50 is a conventional, filler-containing, water-based inside tire paint that is extraordinarily economical with regard to material consumption and provides excellent release and lubrication properties between the curing bladder and the green tire. Selected additives in the product formulation drastically reduce the friction on the green tire, thereby guaranteeing best quality of the final product. Considering that Inside Lube TIP-50 is an aqueous dispersion, the product allows for fairly short drying times.
