About Bladder Release Agent

Description:

Bladder Release is a water-based bladder coating used in tire production that contains selected lubricators and slip additives. Hence, the product provides excellent lubrication and aids bladder fitting and release during tire curing, thereby preventing trapped air and lights. When applied on the fresh bladder, Bladder Release helps avoiding scrap tires often occuring along with the start of production.

Application Fields:

Bladder Release is suited for the production of all common types of tires. Best results are obtained when the product is used in combination with one of our inside lubes from the IP-series. Bladder Release is especially suitable as a start-up aid for new bladders.
