Usage:Technol 7030 is dispersible in water , the material can be added directly to dip tank, About 3 4% solids of solution can work well for regular compounded sheets, the solution gets coated along with micronized clay/calcium carbonate on compound to make it non stick, the properties of compounded rubber sheets like Rheometeric Properties: Ts-1, Tc-10, Tc-90 Elongation @ Break: Unaged: 100% Modulus, Aged at 24 hrs & 72 hrs. Strip to strip adhesion kg/25 mm Doesn t retard, the dipped sheets to be dried before staking, For better performance of the product,solution should be circulated for cooling, As high temperature of compounded rubber increases the temperature of solution. The recommended use is 1:9 parts of water.
