Usage:"Technol 5030 is easily dispersible in water , the material can be added directly to dip tank, no special tanks\ facilities are required. About 3 % total solids of solution can work well for regular compounded sheets, the solution gets coated on compound to make it non stick, the properties of compounded rubber sheets like rheo, ts, & strip to strip adhesion doesn t retard, the dipped sheets to be dried before stacking. For better performance of the product solution should be circulated for cooling, As high temperature of compounded rubber increases the temperature of solution. The recommended use is 1:9 . "
